The apartment is nestled in a brand-new building just a stone’s throw away from the popular Sea Point Promenade. The V&A Waterfront is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and a scenic 10-15 minute drive takes you to Table Mountain. Alternatively, take a stroll or drive down to the world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches.

Our studio apartment is perfect for friends, couples, or business travelers, looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home.

The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer combo, perfect for longer stays. 

The luxury studio has a queen-sized bed for a great night’s sleep, and the lounge offers a comfortable couch and designer touches opening onto a balcony area with mountain and ocean views.

For those working remotely, our space offers privacy. We also provide unlimited Wi-Fi, and during load shedding, the building’s generator ensures that the power continues after a split changeover.

Our apartment is situated in a great location, close to popular restaurants, cafes, and shops, such as Kleinsky’s, Jarryds and Mojo Market.

We loved staying in this amazing serene house with it’s unique architecture! With the property bordering the Fynbos greenbelt on 2 sides and the most beautiful views over the ocean – you truly feel immersed in nature.
